Custom Interconnect Ltd invests in 3 x DEK NeoHORIZON 03iX solder printers

Due to continued exceptional growth, Custom Interconnect Ltd has invested in THREE of the latest DEK NeoHORIZON 03iX solder printers to expand its technical capability and capacity. All three of the 03iX printers are now located on the front end of its recent MICRONIC SMT placement machine upgrades, so that both the solder print and SMT placement are “state of the art”. All three machines have been purchased with HawkEye 750, 100% post solder print inspection, HD Grid-Lok under board tooling and under screen cleaning. With +/- 20um, 6 Sigma repeatable accuracy on solder print and SMT placement, 01005 and 0201 component placement is vastly improved. Having the flexibility of three separate 0201 capable SMT lines, as well as its other three SMT lines means CIL has production capacity for its customers.
